After working more than 30 years in both large and small companies, Jeff started Business Challenges Consulting in July of 2020 with a focus on building better individual and team performance. Jeff comes with a wealth of business and marketing consulting experience from his past work at Evonik Industries, Polytex Environmental Inks and more. Jeff has recently received his Executive Coaching Certification from Coach Training EDU and is now accredited by the International Coaching Federation. During the pandemic, Jeff has also burnished his digital marketing expertise and virtual facilitation skills with XPLANE Visual Thinking Bootcamp and Gamestorming Expeditions both renowned organizations in this space.
